Customization note:
For banners with under 15 characters, a $5 surcharge would apply.

For banners with over 15 characters, a $10 surcharge would apply.

Space is included as a floral print would act as a spacing. Characters/words may be combined if you wish to have them on one sheet, like the word "to" in the picture. In that case it would be counted as 'one' character.
